For people more inclined to travel on two wheels, the Manifold Cycle Track is within one mile of the holiday cottage and the Tissington Trail and Parsley Hay are within easy reach by car. The Barn is also the ideal base from which to enjoy a multitude of other activities, including Chatsworth House, Alton Towers, Haddon Hall, Carsington Water, Cheddleton Steam Railway, Rudyard Lake and Meerbrook Reservoir.
